Tle LARRIVAUX 2015 is an blend of 41%Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petit Verdot. It has a lovely roundness and impressive depth of fruit on the nose : layers of vanilla tinged blackberry and raspberry. The palate is medium-bodied with quite « thick » tanin on the entry, that Petit Verdot adding a seasonning to the blend- white Pepper, a touch of spice.
It is a bold LARRIVAUX with plenty of substance that may need 3-4 years in bottle.
