OUR SPACE OF FREEDOM
Here, life is cultivated,
shared and cooked.
We cultivate the beauty of nature. We didn’t wait for the ‘trend’ of agroforestry to plant trees around our family home.
My ancestors always knew how to preserve, protect and renew trees and hedges. And now it is our turn to continue this tradition. In recent years, we have strengthened our commitment to quality and the environment.
Our lands are
surrounded by nature.
We have replanted over 2 kilometres of hedges and two copses, where we will plant vines at the foot of the trees in order to better understand the interactions between the two species.
The estate is certified High Environmental Value, attesting to our sustainable farming practices.
A place we share with nature
Since childhood, I have been immersed in this lively and generous environment. Weekends, holidays, stolen moments… Every moment spent here has nurtured an intimate bond, made up of memories, shared laughter around a table, glasses raised among the trees, peaceful silences under the pines.
Whether it’s lunch under the fig trees, a glass of red wine opened by hand, or a break in the light of the undergrowth, Larrivaux is a place where you live, where you find yourself, with others and with yourself.
Our vegetable garden
My passion for wine at Larrivaux is matched only by my love for the vegetable garden, this lively and generous corner of the estate, where each season inspires simple, colourful and authentic recipes. Sun-kissed tomatoes, perfectly ripe figs, fresh herbs picked by hand… Everything becomes an excuse to cook, gather and share.
In the kitchen, the scents of the garden mingle with the estate’s wine. We improvise, we taste, we talk. The dishes are born from what the earth provides, always with the same desire: to please, to nourish, to pass on. At Larrivaux, the kitchen is never far from the vineyard. It is the same passion, the same hand, the same love of life.
